Sichuan Laoliao Family Flavored Food Co., Ltd. is located in the Qingjiang Industrial Park in Bazhong. The company was established in November 2008 with a registered capital of 15 million yuan. It focuses on the deep processing of beef and the braising and development of local characteristic agricultural products in the Qinba Mountains. It is a modern agricultural and animal husbandry processing enterprise that integrates research and development, production, OEM, and sales.

The production technique of Laoliao's tendinous beef originated from ancient "braised vegetables" and has a history of over 1300 years to this day. During the Tang Dynasty, when Prince Zhang Huai entered Sichuan, "braised vegetables" were introduced to Bashu. The Liao family followed the "braised vegetables" approach and selected the leg meat of Bashan yellow cattle. After 9 main processes including grading, tendon repair and film removal, seasoning and pickling, and gentle fire braising, it underwent 18 processes. It is a highly representative intangible cultural heritage food in Bazhong, known as "Lao Liao's beef" by everyone.
