Note: 1. The registration information filled in and submitted by the exhibitors (including text introduction and pictures, ownership certificate, right guarantee certificate, power of attorney, etc.) shall promise and guarantee that the content is true, complete, legal and effective, without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
2. Exhibitors shall guarantee to abide by the above commitments. In case of violation of the above commitments due to third-party ownership disputes or other disputes related to registration, the Organizing committee of Sichuan International Intangible Cultural Heritage Brand IP Licensing Exhibition and Tianfu Cultural Tourism Resources Authorized Trading Platform have the right to remove the relevant registration information. If the exhibitor causes losses to the Organizing committee of Sichuan International Intangible Cultural Heritage Brand IP Licensing Exhibition and Tianfu Cultural Tourism Resources authorized trading platform or other relevant parties, the exhibitor shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities and economic compensation responsibilities.
3. Once the registration information is successfully submitted, it will be deemed that the exhibitors agree to abide by the above commitments, and authorize the official website of Sichuan International Intangible Cultural Heritage Brand IP Licensing Exhibition and Tianfu Cultural Tourism Resources authorized trading platform to release all relevant information about the intangible cultural heritage IP or project that you have submitted.
