Qingxiu Digital Headquarters Economy is located in Hehuang New District, Haidong City. It is a one-stop service base for the Qingxiu industry that integrates experience, exhibition, training, production and sales, and operation. It has been recognized as a provincial-level cultural industry park, a provincial-level maker space, a provincial-level demonstration base for women's handicrafts, and a provincial-level base for the inheritance and protection of ethnic minority culture. Since its construction in May 2021, it has attracted a total of 140 enterprises (workshops) to settle in the base, attracting 50 workshop leaders, 1500 long-term and 150000 seasonal embroidery women to work. Qingxiu has a long history, rich varieties, strong ethnic characteristics, and exquisite production techniques. It is a collective term for Tu ethnic group embroidery, Huangyuan leather embroidery, Huangzhong pile embroidery, Guinan Tibetan embroidery, Hehuang embroidery, Mongolian embroidery, etc. It has 17 categories and 29 embroidery methods. It is a cultural totem and symbol for the long-term cultural exchange and integration of various ethnic groups in Qinghai, and is a unique special code in the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. It is known as the "intangible cultural heritage at the fingertips", Haidong is the "main production area" and "gathering place" of green embroidery. Among them, Tu ethnic embroidery, Huangzhong pile embroidery, Guinan Tibetan embroidery, Hehuang embroidery, Mongolian embroidery, etc. have successively been included in the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage representative list.

On April 19th, under the guidance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the 2023 "China Culture and Tourism IP Authorization Series" organized by China Culture and Media Group and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council opened at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
