Sichuan Youyi Culture and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2022, based in Ebian Yi Autonomous County, Xiaoliangshan, and radiates throughout the Yi region of China. The company's business includes: excavation and organization of intangible cultural heritage resources, IP authorization of intangible cultural heritage, innovation and transformation of intangible cultural heritage, development of intangible cultural heritage products, research on intangible cultural heritage themes, and non genetic broadcasting.

This project is the result of a commissioned design project between Sichuan Youyi Culture and Technology Co., Ltd. and the School of Arts of Sichuan University, titled "Digital and Innovative Design Experimental Service Project for Traditional Embroidery Patterns of the Yi Ethnic Group in Xiaoliangshan". The design authors are teachers and students of Sichuan University, and the guiding teachers are Cai Duanyi and Xiong Yan.
