Piao Clothing Company was established in 2012, with three major brands under its umbrella: Jilin Qipao Hall, M&J Hong Kong Private Service, and Qianzhimei. In addition, it has a Jipai Qipao production base and a production and production workshop of over 300 square meters. The company has also established a sales port in the Shenzhen Nanyou Market, and its independent brands of "Famous Items" and "Jipai Qipao" have already entered the clothing main channel market from Shenzhen. Jilin Qipao Hall is the first and largest Qipao Hall in Jilin Province. The museum covers an area of over 500 square meters and is equipped with a craftsmanship display, fabric display, cheongsam exhibition hall, and a customized version room. In October 2016, the Jilin Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Center and the Jilin Municipal Bureau of Culture designated Jilin Qipao Hall as the "Manchu Qipao Traditional Crafts, Jilin Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute". In December 2019, the three traditional techniques of "Manchu Traditional Embroidery Craft", "Manchu 18 Inlaid Rolling Traditional Manufacturing Craft", and "Manchu Lotus Bag (Qipao Accessories)" of Jilin Qipao Museum were awarded as municipal intangible cultural heritage by the Jilin Municipal People's Government and the Jilin Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism.

In October 2019, Zhu Wenjun, General Manager of Jipai Qipao, and designer Dai Yue went to Samara, Russia to participate in the Samara International Fashion Week held at the Samara International Theatre. They won the Best Design Award at the Fashion Week for their traditional Manchu embroidery clothing.
