In order to make her children have a good appetite, Fan's grandmother Ren Lizhen carefully developed ginger pickles. After continuous improvement, it was renamed Yutaixiang Ginger Pickle. This technique not only preserves the traditional kimchi technique passed down from ancestors, but also creates a kimchi culture with modern scientific "low salt" characteristics. Ginger pickles have unique features in terms of raw material selection, salt and pepper treatment, and seasoning modulation. Nowadays, the "ancient method of producing ginger and pickled vegetables" has driven the development of ginger cultivation area both inside and outside the city, reaching more than 5000 acres, connecting more than 1500 households with interests, including more than 600 impoverished households, and attracting more than 100 villagers to enter the factory for employment. Ginger pickled vegetables have a shared interest in the entire industry, connecting more than 2000 households, including 1282 impoverished households. The average annual income of impoverished households has increased by 12000 yuan, and the annual industrial output value is 34 million yuan. The annual sales revenue reached 34 million.
