Deyang Tidal Fan
The traditional craftsmanship of Deyang Chaofan was selected for the "Deyang Intangible Cultural Heritage" list in 2006, and was included in the Sichuan Intangible Cultural Heritage List in March 2007. The Deyang Chao Fan is a unique traditional craftsmanship of the Deyang Chao Fan, which is made from locally produced Cizhu and woven 1158 times into a fan frame. The flat shape is adjusted to a concave inverted gourd shaped frame. The fan is made of silk and rice paper as raw materials, accompanied by painting, and undergoes 18 major processes to create a unique style of traditional craftsmanship, with bamboo as the bone, silk as the surface, text as the ink, and painting as the soul. It has a history of over 120 years.
